The Yin/Yang Flow section uses elements from both Revive and Restore. This can be a powerful tool in your active recovery day arsenal, as beginning with some dynamic movement and then moving into longer held postures can help open up tight areas. A session that begins with Yin can help kickstart your day, starting a little slower to ease into movement and building a bit of heat to energize you. And sessions that start with Yang, the more fiery practice, before moving into Yin can help calm your mind and slow you down for a restful evening.
