Welcome to Vinyasa!

The Vinyasa section offers faster-paced sequences that move quickly from one pose to the next while increasing your heart rate. These sessions are fantastic for cardiovascular fitness while still benefiting overall strength, flexibility, and mobility. The Vinyasa Flow style is also beneficial for those who have a hard time slowing down their thoughts, as it can be used as a moving meditation — you can’t think about anything other than the “right here right now” when you’re moving swiftly through postures. As this is a faster-paced class, it’s recommended for people who already have a base knowledge of yoga postures.
