Welcome to Standing Flows!
In this module, you’ll find wrist- and knee-friendly sessions. We may practice some folds, but we won’t be getting down on the floor at all or putting much weight on our wrists, shoulders, or arms. These sessions are perfect for those with carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder injuries, or who have a difficult time getting up and down off the floor, but they’ll still help build stability and strength in the whole body.
These are not progressive classes, so you can try them out in any order and repeat whichever ones you enjoy. Let’s flow, Peakers!
