Welcome to Restore!
This section includes 15- to 45-minute sessions designed to stretch your body and lengthen muscles that are continuously contracted and fatigued during your Move workouts and/or everyday activity. Use them on less-active active recovery days or any other time you need a bit of a slow stretch!
This style of restorative yoga is great for flexibility, helping to return your body to a natural range of motion that is lost without use. These are slower-paced classes, so after moving into a pose, listening to Coach Mooney’s cues, and then making any necessary adjustments for your personal comfort, try to settle in for several breaths. Focus on your breath and the sensation you notice in your body — bringing your body and mind into a calm stillness.
