Mandalas are circular designs used for meditation, and these sessions offer a flowing, meditative practice that will have you flowing around your mat, front to back, side to side. Let go of everything else for 30 minutes, and just focus on the present moment, your body, and the coaching cues. These sessions can be challenging, as you will be turning all around the mat, so I recommend having a basic knowledge of yoga poses before diving in.
