Welcome to Insight!

Where the Stillness sessions can offer a foundation in Mindfulness and help you pay attention to the present moment on purpose and without judgment, Insight helps you take things a bit deeper. Stillness is designed for you to say “hello” to you, while Insight will deepen your connection with yourself and your world.

Each Insight Session contains a different concept to think about and reflect upon for a month. These sessions will bring more awareness to how you relate to yourself and your world. We recommend spending about a month with each Insight session, as that will give you time to integrate the concepts and practices into your life. And it’s best to follow the sessions in the order they are presented. This is a purposeful, unfolding process.
