Welcome to Gentle Flows!
This section is basically what the name says: a gentler style of yoga that’s practiced at a slower pace. These classes include less intense postures with more of an emphasis on low-impact movements, stretching, and connecting with your breath. Gentle yoga is intended to be relaxing and to help enhance your body’s range of motion. These classes don’t build on each other, so you can try them out in any order and repeat whichever ones you like.
