Welcome to Flow Fundamentals, your starting point, your intro to yoga and MPC Flow.
If yoga is unfamiliar to you, begin here to build your confidence in poses. The Flow Fundamentals sessions move you through commonly used postures that you’ll find throughout the Flow section.
You may want to practice near a wall or have a chair near the mat to assist with balance, especially in the Standing Postures and Commonly Linked Postures sessions. Blocks and a strap may also be helpful as you work through this series. After completing Flow Fundamentals, you will have the foundation to move into Revive: Flow 101.
