Welcome to Dynamic Warm-Up Flows!
In these sessions, you’ll move in and out of postures without lingering in them. The goal is to move through your range of motion and prime the muscles for the work you’re going to do in your main workout. We’ll get the appropriate muscles firing so you’re ready to head over to the Move tab or for any other activity you’re doing today. Select the session that’s titled with what you’re going to be focused on. You may need blocks, hexagonal weights for wrist support, or to practice near a wall for stability.
