Heartland Prairie Peakers

Greetings! The Heartland Prairie Peakers formed in January 2019 when the Omaha and Kansas City Peakers regional groups joined forces.

We’re now over 100 members strong and draw together Peakers from Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa & South Dakota with the goal of encouraging each other to connect online and also meet up for races, hikes, kayaking, yoga & other workout sessions, walks, meals and celebrations.

Despite being far-flung, we are a close-knit group and hold each other accountable regarding fitness, nutrition and other goals. We even discovered that there *is* elevation gain to be found here in the Midwest!
